It appears Deer Valley High School is having problems (again) disciplining their students. What happened to the guy who came to school assemblies and informed us about the zero tolerance policy where students would get in trouble "five times." Those were the days. Now students are assaulting teachers. Things really have changed.

From reading the CC Times forum it appears the Deer Valley Adminstration employs "time-outs" for students misbehaving in class. Troubled kids ruining the learning experience of others should be dealt with accordingly. High school is about preparation for college and life. Not basic behavior you're suppose to learn in Kindergarten.
