Trouble with Hillcrest EBart Plan

The Contra Costa Times reported that the current EBart Plan drawn up for Antioch is drawing criticism from city leaders. The plan does not include restrooms for the station or a place for a service agent. Leaders feel thar Antioch is being treated as second-class citizens once again by BART.
